The tea is in its purest form with jasmine blossoms only.
- 1½ tbsp Pure loose jasmine tea
- 1 Cup Water
Heat water in the electric kettle. Use filtered water to get the best quality jasmine tea.
The kettle should be at 175 degrees F.
Warm the teapot by swirling a little amount of water in it.
Pour the loose-leaf tea into the teapot. Add in hot water and set aside to steep properly for three minutes.
If you want it bitter, you can brew the tea for a longer time. Cover the teapot as you brew it.
Strain the tea into a clean teacup. You can take it plain or add sugar, honey, maple, or date syrup.
As you steep the tea, ensure that you cover the teapot with a lid to intensify the flavors.
You can keep checking to confirm the taste of the tea after every 30 minutes. Strain and serve when you feel that it is right.
You can make cold or iced tea; however, the process takes longer than hot tea.
