Equipment

  • Hot water kettle
  • Teacup
  • Strainer

Ingredients
  

  • tbsp Rooibos tea leaves
  • 8 Ounces Water

Instructions
 

  • Add filtered water to the electric kettle and bring it to a boil.
  • Scoop one and ½ teaspoons of the tea leaves and add to your cup. Pour in the boiling water.
  • Leave aside to steep and infuse for 6 minutes.
  • Use a strainer to strain the tea into another cup.

Notes

You can use the teabag in place of tea leaves.
Do not add sugar or a sweetener if you are using this tea for weight loss. Sweeteners have calories and fat Content.
