Rooibos Tea Recipe
A healthy drink with color and taste like that of Hibiscus tea. It has so many benefits to your skin, body cells, and heart health. You can take it as often as its side effects are not a significant concern.
Hot water kettle
- 1½ tbsp Rooibos tea leaves
- 8 Ounces Water
Add filtered water to the electric kettle and bring it to a boil.
Scoop one and ½ teaspoons of the tea leaves and add to your cup. Pour in the boiling water.
Leave aside to steep and infuse for 6 minutes.
Use a strainer to strain the tea into another cup.
You can use the teabag in place of tea leaves.
Do not add sugar or a sweetener if you are using this tea for weight loss. Sweeteners have calories and fat Content.
