- 1 Cup water
- 1 tbsp Honey or Sugar
- 1 wedge of lemon
- Bring the water to boil on a saucepan.
- Allow it to cool for 2 minutes and be below the boiling point.
- Place the teabag or loose leaf earl grey tea in a cup, add the honey, and lemon.
- Pour in the water and steep for 3 minutes.
