A malty and lemony tasting British tea that comes from a fruit that widely grow sin Italy. It has a black tea base and a citrus flavoring from Bertram oil.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Earl Grey Teabags
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Sugar
  • 1 wedge of lemon

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water to boil on a saucepan.
  • Allow it to cool for 2 minutes and be below the boiling point.
  • Place the teabag or loose leaf earl grey tea in a cup, add the honey, and lemon.
  •  Pour in the water and steep for 3 minutes.
  • Serve.
