Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Chamomile tea
  • 1 mint sprig
  • 8 oz. Boiling Water
  • 2 tbsp sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Pour the tea powder into a teapot and add the sprig to it.
  • Add in hot water and allow to steep for five minutes.
  • Strain the tea using a strainer and add in the sugar, then stir.

Notes

Avoid taking this tea if you react to flowers in its plant group.
